Thursday, 27 November 2014 starting at 17: 00h in the framework of the academic program "Guest Speakers" will be invited key leader of the Legal Reform Project in Kosovo within the GIZ Kosovo (German Society for International Cooperation) Mr. Theobald Volkmar , and from 18h: 00h Prof. Isa Bicaj Professor and Researcher of the History of State and Law.
The topic of the lecture from Mr. Theobald Volkmar will be "The goal of the European Union"
Mr.Volkmaras expert of GIZ Kosovo and with a larger luggage of jobs in the past as Law Expert,Consultant,Trainer and Legal Adviser will speak for abovementioned lecture for basis of creation, functioning methods, competencies and institutions of European Union.
